Founded in 1982, Myers provides industry-leading broadcast management software and professional services to Independent and Public Media facilities across environments of all types and sizes – commercial, non-commercial, TV, radio, digital, linear, nonlinear, single channel, and multi-platform.

Crist Myers
President & CEO
At the helm of Myers since 2008, Crist Myers has played a forward-thinking and impactful role in helping clients achieve efficiency, profitability, and success year over year. A dynamic leader with extensive leadership, business management, strategic planning, and marketing expertise, Crist not only thrives in a fast-paced environment but he also embraces the continual ‘change’ of the evolving tech industry, knowing it is the catalyst that will affect new and continued growth. Taking great pride in the collective work of the Myers’ team, clients, and partners, he is passionate about advancing the value each delivers to one another, today and into the future.
Kristen Doogan
Director of Professional Services
Kristen Doogan has worked in the media industry for over 15 years, starting off in commercial TV Traffic and Programming (and even spent some time in the News department!) before moving to Public Media in 2012. She joined the Myers’ team in 2018 as Director of Professional Services, moving from Alaska to Massachusetts and into a role where she takes great pride in helping stations make the most out of ProTrack daily. In her short time at Myers, Kristen has played a pivotal role in expanding the team’s professional services capabilities and offerings, including remote traffic and scheduling services.
Christopher Martin
Director, Technical Support
Christopher Martin has been with Myers for 17 years and is in charge of Myers’ stellar ProTrack Technical Support Team, that enjoys a nearly 90% customer satisfaction rate. Through leading by example, effective communication and teamwork, Martin’s expertise has created a team that has the agility to keep up with product developments.
Heather Hervieux
Director, Information Services
Heather Hervieux started managing the ProLink service at Myers nearly 20 years ago. From the onset, she analyzed its workflow and, under her governance, helped evolve the service into a respected industry-wide metadata distribution service, that media facilities have come to depend on. Her dedication and attention to detail have proven incredibly valuable for Myers’ clients, partners, and team.
JOHN ROBBINS
DIRECTOR OF SOFTWARE OPERATIONS
John joined the Myers team in August 2022 and is a proven leader with a reputation for being an exceptional mentor, motivator and manager. John will focus on building and leading our growing software engineering team while ensuring we are aligned and delivering successful solutions for our customers.
DAVID BRITT-FRIEDMAN
Director of Product Management
David Britt-Friedman has joined the Myers team as Director of Product Management, bringing with him deep expertise in customer driven product strategy and UX/UI experience and analysis. With a proven track record for orchestrating cross-functional teams, we are very excited to have him leading our Product Management efforts and teams here at Myers.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Myers Information Systems, Inc. is looking for a software engineer to join our expanding development team and contribute to our line of software applications for the media distribution and broadcast industry. This includes designing, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining products we build on object oriented and procedural language platforms.
